In my opinion, Rob conducts a first class operation. It is obvious from the
moment you step into the shop that the first priority is the customer. He
called back when he told me he would and explained in detail what work
was performed. Most importantly, however, was the fact that the vehicle
was fixed right.

We hit a deer as we were heading out of town for vacation. It did such
substantial damage to our van that we could not continue on our trip.
Rob Wagner went out of his way to accomodate us. He rented us a
replacement van, transferred all our belongings to our rental vehicle
(which was a lot of stuff!), and had us back on the road that same
morning. I have never heard of any auto body shop doing something like
this. Extremely impressive!
