Consultations by Appointment Only
We are Open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
The fastest way to schedule a time for a consultation is by clicking here or "book a consultation"
This will allow you to pick a time that works best for you within our mutual availability.
Or feel free to reach out to us via email or phone.
We offer our initial repair consultations at no cost.
There are some instances where we may ask to collect a small deposit if work is requested that involves spending
more time than the repair consultation. This is rarely necessary, but not impossible.
We work with most insurance companies, but we always work for you, the vehicle owner!
Under Pennsylvania law, a vehicle owner has the right to choose where their vehicle is repaired after an accident. Some insurance companies may try to "steer" a vehicle to one of their "preferred" shops that are on what is known as a direct repair program or "DRP" for short. We choose not to participate in any insurance companies direct repair program simply because we feel that the insurance company now becomes the shops customer and not the vehicle owner.
Below is a segment from CNN's Anderson Cooper that does a good job of highlighting some of the reasons why we work for you, the vehicle owner, and not the insurance company.
