•  Can I get an estimate over the phone?

It is difficult to accurately estimate damages over the telephone. Although we always
welcome inquiries, it is preferred that we actually see the vehicle in order to make a fair
and precise estimate of damages.

•  Do I require more than one estimate?

Only one estimate is required when having your vehicle repaired at Rob Wagner Auto
Body. Upon informing your insurance company that you are having the repairs done at our
shop, they will at their discretion, send an appraiser to our facility.

•  Can I choose where I want my vehicle repaired even if the insurance is paying and
suggest I bring it to one of their Direct Repair facilities?

Yes you have the right to have your car repaired at any shop you choose. A commonly
believed misconception is that you are required to get more than one estimate when
seeking repair work. This is not the case and there is no law requiring you to get more
than one estimate. You are free to choose any reputable repair provider you wish. Your
insurance company is required by law to pay the reasonable cost to restore your vehicle
to pre-accident condition according to the coverage you purchased. Your insurance policy
will specify what coverage you have. We will work on your behalf to ensure this happens.
As with any program, the vehicle owner should make a choice of shop based on the
reputation of the shop, certification and expertise of technicians and warranties offered.

•  How long will the repairs take?

When you schedule your repair, we will give you a tentative completion date. Your repairs
will be completed in a timely fashion without compromising quality standards for the sake
of time. If we anticipate major changes to the delivery date, we will contact you.

•  I've been in an accident, what is the first thing I should do?

If you would like you can call us first and we will let you know what is commonly done in
reporting a claim to your insurance company or another insurance company. The next
thing to do is bring your vehicle by our shop for a free estimate and inform the insurance
company that we will look after the rest of the details and work directly with the insurance
company on your behalf.

•  Are you open on Saturdays?

Currently we are closed on Saturdays. But if you are not able to get us during the week
we may be able to set up a Saturday appointment.

•  Do you use O.E.M. (original equipment parts)?

Our commitment to quality means that we keep you completely informed about all aspects
of the job while we are repairing your vehicle. While we would prefer to use new original
equipment parts (O.E.M.) instead of after market or generic parts (replacement parts
made by a third party manufacturer), many times insurance companies will stipulate that
these parts are to be used. If after market parts are on your estimate we will advise you
of them and let you know your options. If after market parts are being used and the after
market parts are not up to the proper quality specifications, we won't use them.

Given the complex nature of today's insurance policies, the generic parts issue is between
you and the insurance carrier. HOWEVER, YOU are our customer and we will do everything
we can to work with your insurance company on your behalf.

•  Do you offer loaner vehicles?

We will be happy to make arrangements on your behalf for a rental vehicle. In the case of
an insurance claim, check your auto policy to ensure you have "loss of use" coverage. If
the accident was the fault of another driver, you are entitled to a rental vehicle, while
your vehicle is being repaired. .

•  What is a deductible and whom do I pay it to?

A deductible is the portion of an insurance claim that is payable by the customer. This
amount is paid to the shop when a vehicle is repaired. A Deductible only applies to the
person at fault, on their own vehicle. The at fault persons insurance company will pay for
the other persons vehicle repairs and rental vehicle in full.
